ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15880 of 2025 dt. 22.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a month, ie., on every 1st and 15th working of the English Calendar month until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
