ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, to expedite the trial in suit in O.S.No.62 of 2023 and dispose of the same, within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The suit has been filed only in the year 2023 challenging the election that was held in the year 2021-2022. Now the petitioner wants speedy disposal of the above said suit. With Such sort of request he can 2/5

approach the concerned Court itself and make his request. The same can be considered by the trial court depending upon the urgency of the case. There can be no direction from this Court. This petition deserves to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs.
