ORDER

The petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent have given complaints against each other and enquiries are pending in both the complaints and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
