O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with backwages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits based on the petitioners representation dated 07.07.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that due to continuos absence of the petitioner, the petitioner had been dismissed from service and hence his request for reinstatement could not be considered.

3. In view of the same, there is no further adjudication is required to be made in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner the challenge the order of dismissal in the manner know to law.
