ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.7 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that investigation was conducted on the basis of the impugned FIR and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' and a report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karur.
