The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent, wherein the request of the petitioner for disbursement of the contract bills have been rejected citing various reasons.
2. Pending writ petition, the order impugned in the writ petition has been recalled and fresh proceedings has been issued on 13.01.2026 with an observation that a sum of Rs.9,99,087/- would be released. 2/4
3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The second respondent is directed to release the amount with in a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
