This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of O.S.No.810 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

Considering the fact that the suit for defamation has been filed as early as in the year 2021 and the same has been repeatedly adjourned on the ground that Interlocutory Applications are pending, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 810 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
