This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge / PCR Court, Madurai, to consider the Petitioners bail applications on the same day of surrender in Crime No. 630 of 2023 dated 15.12.2023 on the file of the second Respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that the Accused Nos.1 and 5 had been arrested and still in Prison. He further submits that the injured treated as out patient and he has been discharged on the same day from the hospital.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge / PCR Court, Madurai, within 15 days from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the official web-site of this Court.

4. On such surrender by the Petitioners, the III Additional District and Sessions Judge / PCR Court, Madurai, shall consider the bail application of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
