This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to transfer the petitioner's Provident Fund amount, which was mistakenly deposited into the fourth respondent's account, namely Vijayan's Provident Fund Account No. TN/718/3248 (UAN 101680993987), to the petitioner's Provident Fund Account No.TN/718/3424 (UAN 100307328458), by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2025, in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of by the 2/5

first respondent in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
