ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) It is very clear that this petition is motivated, as the prayer is for the constitution of an independent Tribunal to hear and decide appeals and grievances arising out of disciplinary and administrative proceedings initiated by Officials in the Police Department.

2. That being the matter, the petitioner ought not to have arrayed private individuals, having made out no case whatsoever as to what their role is, in the prayer sought. This writ petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench within one week from today. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
