Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the refusal check slip, Refusal Number RFL / Mannachanallur / 278/2023 dated 30.11.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to register the sale agreement presented on 30.11.2023 in respect of Old Survey Number 110/4 and New Survey Number 92/4A with 0.49.50 hectare with an extent of 1 acre 22 cents before the respondent.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is the document presented by her was refused registration without following the directions laid down in the decision reported in 2017 (3) CTC 135 (Sudha Ravi Kumar & Others Vs. The Special Commissioner and Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and Others) . 3.This contention is well founded. On this sole ground, the impugned refusal check slip is set aside. The matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent. The first respondent will follow the directions laid down in the aforesaid decision. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
