By relying on a sale deed dated 26.06.2022 and the joint patta in the names of the petitioner and his brother Vijayasekarapandian, the petitioner applied online for conducting a survey of the property in survey Nos.161/5A and 161/6A. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent. He submits that an inquiry notice would be issued to the petitioner, the second respondent and the owners of adjoining lands and an order would be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the second respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's application for a survey by issuing notice to the petitioner, the second respondent and the owners of adjoining lands and considering 2/4
