ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 14.12.2012 in I.A.No.38 of 2012 in O.S.No.9 of 2012 on the file of the District Court, Karur. The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.9 of 2012 on the file of the District Court, Karur.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents states that the revision petitioners, who are the plaintiffs in the suit, have compromised the matter with the defendants and that the suit has been disposed of in terms of compromise memo. Hence, it is stated that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.Though the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners seeks time to verify the veracity of the statements of the learned Counsel for the respondents, this Court, based on the statements of the learned Counsel for the respondents, is inclined to dismiss this petition as infructuous.

4.As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However liberty is given to the revision petitioners to seek review, in case, if the suit before the lower Court still survives. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
