ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner, to remove the fence put up by the third respondent.

2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the petitioner with the second respondent against the third respondent was registered in N.Ref.N4/13119/1750/G/2022 and after enquiry, the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
