ORDER
The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition No.5(3) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6915 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.632 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.06.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.
4. Considering the above, the condition No.5(3) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6915 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.632 of 2025, dated 10.06.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act cases, Dindigul, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
