Heard both sides.

2.Settlement deed dated 11.09.2025 was executed by the petitioner in favour of his wife. The document was presented for registration. Registration was refused on the ground that the petitioner is only a joint pattadhar. The refusal check slip was rightly issued. I do not want to interfere with the same. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will submit an amended document or a fresh document. The petitioner will indicate that he is having only undivided half share in the petition mentioned property. If such an amended deed or a fresh deed is submitted, the same shall be received, registered and released subject to the fulfillment of the other usual formalities. 3.This writ petition is disposed of.
