ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.280 of 2013 in O.S.No.206 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Usilampatti, Madurai District.

2.The defendants in the suit are the revision petitioners herein. The revision is against the order dismising the application filed by the defendants in I.A.No.280 of 2013 in O.S.No.206 of 2012, to send for an unregistered sale deed to the examination of handwriting expert to get his opinion.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the dispute among the parties has been settled amicably in the Lok Adalat on 10.02.2019 and that therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. The learned Counsel for the petitioners has no objection to record this fact. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
