ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that in the guise of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be called to the police station frequently. If the petitioner's presence is required, the respondent police may issue a summon to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
