This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.189 of 2022 within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that upon completion of investigation in Cr.No.189 of 2022, the second respondent Police has filed the final report, which is taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in C.C.No.74 of 2024.
