This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2020, within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the above said suit, complaint has been given by the respondent herein stating that he caused damages to the house. On that ground, now the case has been registered and it is pending for trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai. In the meantime, this petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal. 3.The grievance of the petitioner may be expressed before the concerned Court itself. Depending upon the situation in this case, the trial Court shall consider the matter for speedy disposal. 4.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
