PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to take appropriate action and conduct proper enquiry as against the 4th to 6th respondents in the light of the petitioner representations/complaint dated 12.08.2025 in accordance with law as per the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the third respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
