No.32/2 of Erukkalakottai Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to permit the festival conducting by the private respondents, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2025. 2/5

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that considering the representation made by the private respondents, permission was granted by the Tahsildar to conduct the festival.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order said to have been passed by the Tahsildar in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
