ORDER

Invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has approached this Court with this Civil Revision Petition, against the fair and decretal order dated 08.06.2013 passed in I.A.No.378 of 2013 in I.A.No.815 of 2007 in O.S.No.1062 of 2002 on the file of the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2015, based on the suggestion made by both the learned counsels, it was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench for effecting amicable settlement between the parties and they were also directed to appear on 30.11.2015 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent have submitted that the matter was amicably settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and a report has also been filed to that effect. A report in respect of settlement dated 30.11.2015 is also filed before this Court, and the same is taken on record.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Settlement dated 30.11.2015. The said Settlement shall form part of this order.
