ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 20.08.2025 and not proceed with the On Screen Digital Evaluation (OSDE) for Government Technical Examinations (GTE) for various grades of Typewriting, Shorthand and Accountancy was conducted in August 2025, including publishing of results.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. After filing of this writ petition, the entire documents relating to the Tender which had been floated for the online evaluation of Government Technical Examination (GTE) for the year 2025 has been produced, which according to the petitioner does throw up certain issues.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the short comings that the petitioner wishes to highlight after going through the standard operating procedures can be sent by way of an additional representation to the 1st respondent, who shall consider the original representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 and the additional representations and pass orders there on.

Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of and the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 and the additional representation of the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 31.10.2025 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No rgm 4/6
