O R D E R

The second respondent had filed W.P.(MD) No.16458 of 2025 before this Court. The said Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 18.06.2025 directing the Tahsildar to consider the online application for a survey and pass orders on merits. Pursuant thereto, the survey notices were issued to the petitioner herein. Such notices are challenged in this Writ Petition.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent. He submits that sufficient time would be provided to the petitioner and the petitioner's objections would be considered before issuing orders on the request of the second respondent for a survey.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

i. The first respondent herein is directed to issue notice providing not 2/4

less than seven (7) days time to the petitioner to raise objections in relation to the proposed survey.

ii. After considering such objections and providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent herein, a speaking order shall be issued within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of such objections.

iii. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
