The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to bring on record the respondents 4 to 7 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 4 to 7 in the above appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7 would submit that they are not having any objections.

4. Considering the above, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 04.02.2026.
