PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to initiate appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2010. For Petitioner : Mr.C.T.Perumal For R-1 to R-3 : Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, Government Advocate.

For R-4 : Mr.S.Sathish Kumar

ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2010.

2. Heard Mr.C.Perumal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate for the first, second and third respondents and Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, the Assistant Project Officer, Women Scheme, conducted an enquiry and sent a report to the Personal Assistant to the District Collector, Nagercoil. petitioner are false and the same is intimated to the petitioner vide letter dated 25.11.2010.

4. In view of the above submissions, No further adjudication in this writ petition is necessary . Hence this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
