This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 96 days in representing the the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.462 of 2023, dated 30.1.2025, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special Sub-Court, Dindigul.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
