ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2785 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Dindigul, in Crime No.16 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the third condition imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P. No. 2785 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the trial Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 2/4

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

7. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
