This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in A.S.No.37 of 2022. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 03.01.2024 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in 1/3

A.S.No.37 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Subordinate Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in A.S.No.37 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
