ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 18.01.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent police shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the 2/4

petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, she may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
