Heard, Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.Cibi Chakraborthi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 4 and 5.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth and fifth respondents made a submission that the question over the qualification and approval granted in favour of the sixth respondent is under challenge in this writ petition. However the sixth respondent attained the age of superannuation and allowed to retire from service on 31.05.2017. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
