ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for direction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court for the exclusive trial for PCR Act cases, Dindigul to consider bail of the Petitioner on surrender.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the injured had been discharged from the Hospital and it is the case and counter case.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned Additional District and Sessions Court for the exclusive trial for PCR Act cases, Dindigul is directed to consider the bail of the petitioner after hearing the victim and pass appropriate orders. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before learned Additional District and Sessions Court for the exclusive trial for PCR Act cases, Dindigul within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order or from the date of uploading the order on the website of this Court. 2/4
