ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti to number the unnumbered I.A.No. /2025 in O.S.No.220/2020 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti.

2. The petition filed by the petitioner to delete the defendants 4 to 7 from the array of parties had been returned with an endorsement calling upon the petitioner to indicate how the same is maintainable and the application filed is not sustainable.

3. Such return without even numbering the application in the consideration of this Court, is untennable. Hence there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti, to take the said interlocutory application on file and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law and the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
