Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Accordingly, notice was issued to the petitioner and the same was served. The matter is listed today by printing the name of the petitioner. There is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
