ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the respondent Police received a complaint from one Manikandan; that based on the said complaint, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry; and that after completion of enquiry, the respondent Police closed the said complaint. The said statement is recorded. 2.In view of the closure of the complaint, there is no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent Police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is not maintainable. Hence, this Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
