O R D E R

By relying on the judgment and decree in O.S.No.207 of 2011 and orders in subsequent execution proceedings, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of a survey of the land in survey No.1124/3A1. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that objections were received from the fourth and fifth respondents and that a speaking order would be issued on the petitioner's application after conducting an inquiry.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional 2/4

Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's application for a survey, consider the objections, if any, of the fourth and fifth respondents and issue a speaking order within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
