ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the alternate place for accommodating the bar and shop No.5422 at Plot No.56, Krishnarayapuram colony 2nd main road, B.B.Kulam, Madurai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a letter of the second respondent herein dated 26.12.2023 and submits that the representation of this petitioner was duly considered and it was rejected.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the rejection of his representation, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. With this liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 05.01.2024 NCC :
