[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The case of the petitioner is that behind the back, the Writ Petitioner has obtained a positive direction from this Court to the Sub Registrar for registration of a settlement deed executed without title.

2. The learned counsel, referring the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 06.11.2025, indicating the patta issued in the name of the Writ Petitioner cancelled and patta proceedings in favour of the third party appellant, has changed the entire gamete of the litigation.
