O R D E R

This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondent 4 and his men by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner representation dated 04.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
