Heard both sides.
2. Sale deed dated 23.09.2025 was executed in favour of the writ petitioner. The document was presented for registration. Invoking Section 22-A of the Registration Act, registration was refused. Challenging the impugned refusal check slip, this writ petition has been filed.
3. The petitioner through her counsel undertakes that she will use the land purchased only as an agricultural land. If she wants to convert the usage or wants to develop the same, she will do so only after getting approval and permission from the competent authority.
4. Recording the said undertaking of the petitioner through the petitioner's counsel, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The second respondent is directed to register the document and release it subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
