ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2024 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
