ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent under section 20, 21, 22 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.09.2025.

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that already a communication has been addressed by the Revenue Tahsildar to the District Welfare Officer on 22.10.2025. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
