ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Challenging the impugned notice issued by the first respondent dated 23.08.2011, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.The allegation of the petitioner appears to be that the land allotted by the first respondent for establishing a playground in the school is a water body.

3.The said allegation is disputed by the learned Special Government Pleader stating that the playground is proposed to be constructed in a Government Poramboke land and it is not a water body as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

alleged by the petitioner. Further, there is no record or details of the land to show that the land in question is a water body. 4.In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
