ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.309 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024 on the file of the second respondent police and transfer the same to the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
