ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, (Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level) Madurai, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.156 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, (Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level) Madurai,within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, (Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level) Madurai, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.156 of 2021 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
