[Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce her son viz., Mari @ Marimuthu, aged about 36 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that on 26.12.2023, the detenue has been remanded and now he is in judicial custody.

3. In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
