Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse the allotted amount pending due towards the construction of the house at S.No.298/12, Seenakudi, Sholandoor Post, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in Tsunami relief fund under Indira Memorial Housing Scheme to the tune of Rs.58,600/- in favour of the petitioner and further direct the first respondent to take action upon the fourth respondent.

amount pending due towards the construction of the house at S.No.298/12, Seenakudi, Sholandoor Post, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in Tsunami relief fund under Indira Memorial Housing Scheme to the tune of Rs.58,600/- in favour of the petitioner and further direct the first respondent to take action upon the fourth respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, she was affected in Tsunami in the year 2009 and under the Indira Memorial Housing Scheme, a sum of Rs.58,600/- was ordered to the petitioner. However, the said amount has not been disbursed so far and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3.Today, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on behalf of petitioner's husband, one Nagamuthu, brother of the petitioner's husband received the entire balance amount in two instalments viz., on 01.10.2009 a sum of Rs.22,517/- and subsequently, on 15.05.2010, a sum of Rs.13,307/-. In the above circumstances, all the amounts due to the petitioner has already been paid.
4.In view of the fact that the entire amount due to the petitioner has been paid, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-I) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
