This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16226 of 2025, dated 25.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No. 16226 of 2025, dated 25.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days. 16.10.2025 ksa 2/4
