O R D E R

The petitioner purchased land in Survey Nos.179/4A1B and 180/2D1B under sale deed dated 06.12.2007. A portion thereof was settled in favour of the petitioner's brother by settlement deed dated 13.03.2025. Another portion was sold to one E.Tulasi Raja by sale deed dated 07.05.2025. The petitioner thereafter applied for survey of the land on 18.08.2025 and 29.09.2025. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to the petitioner's brother and to Tulasi Raja and that action would be taken on the petitioner's request for survey thereafter.

3. In view of the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's application for survey by issuing notice to the petitioner's brother Ramkumar and to E.Tulasi Raja and considering objections, if any, from them. Notice shall also be issued to the owners of adjoining 2/4

lands. The entire process shall be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 17.10.2025 NCC :No Internet :Yes Index :No PKN To
